What Do You Charge?: One thing that sets us apart from others is that our pricing is NOT contingent on unit size. Texting Support is $30 a month (in addition to your Project Broadcast plan of choice), Email Support is $99 a month, and Social Media Support is either $15 or $20 monthly, depending on the plan that best serves you.

I'm interested in personalized services. What Is Your Hourly Rate?: Personalized services are available based on our availability. We have been solidly booked in this area for 14 years and there is a waiting list. If you have a smaller project, please reach out to us to see if we can fit it into our schedule.

How Do I Pay?: Credit/Debit Card/ACH Bank Transfer

When Do I Pay? An invoice will be sent to you on the 11th of each month. Payments are due by the 16th, monthly. We request that you set up AutoPay to better service you!

Am I Locked Into a Contract?: No, but I do ask that you let me know if you wish to discontinue services by the end of the current month.
